The Shijiazhuang Station visited 7 units in total, including 1 Grade A unit and 5 Grade B units. In addition to the previous technical principles and actual equipment operation, each unit showed more interest in concrete. Strong interest in CT imaging and sleeve grouting related technologies. On the whole, the attention technology is diversified, covering hole grouting compactness, concrete strength, bridge prestress, and subgrade pavement. Each unit is different.

Feedback summary

 

Xingtai Station visited a total of 3 units this time, mainly testing companies, of which there were 2 Grade B units. Coincident with the end of the year when most of the technical staff went out to work, although the service visits were done in a point-to-point sincere service, it was regrettable that they could not fully communicate with the front-line technical staff. The service unit mainly expressed its interest in grouting compactness, effective prestress under the anchor, and anchor testing technology. It also expressed the hope that Shengtuo Testing could conduct on-site training in the future, and better bring the training to the field and implement it.

 

 

 

At the same time that service exchanges focus on training, customer application feedback is our greatest incentive, especially precious. Regarding the question that the grouting equipment feels complicated, tedious and slow in operation (qualitative double-ended excitation) during the use, the equipment utilization rate is ultimately low. The service staff made targeted communication answers, partly due to the failure to upgrade the software in a timely manner, but on the other hand raised higher requirements for the convenience of our equipment operations.
