Letter of change of company name

Our company (formerly known as "Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd.") continued to grow and develop with everyone's attention and support. Due to the needs of the company's development, on October 28, 2015, with the approval of Zigong City Administration for Industry and Commerce, the original " "Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd." successfully completed the share reform and officially changed its name to "Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd.", and now makes the following statement about the name change:

 

1. Our company will use the new company name: "Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd." from now on.

 

2. After the company is renamed, the original bank, account number, contact phone number, and fax will remain unchanged.

 

3. From now on, the original official seal, contract seal, financial seal and various business seals will be discontinued.

 

4. The change of company name will not affect our original rights and obligations. The assets and creditor's rights and debts of the original "Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd.", as well as various contracts and cooperation agreements signed by foreign parties, are inherited by "Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd." according to law.
