　　On January 14, 2017, the eleventh plenary meeting of the Education Working Committee of the Jiangxi Provincial Society of Civil Architecture was successfully held in Nanchang Institute of Technology. The conference was hosted by the School of Civil and Architectural Engineering of Nanchang Institute of Technology, and co-organized by Jiangxi Vocational College of Industry and Technology and Jiangxi Jianxin Technology Co., Ltd. More than 120 experts and leaders from nearly forty civil engineering undergraduate and vocational colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province attended the meeting. Chu Haiqiang, the sales manager of our company, made a detailed analysis on the training of non-destructive testing talents in civil engineering in colleges and universities on the "Non-destructive testing talent cultivation and training base construction plan".

Non-destructive testing talent training and construction of training bases in universities
 
The plan contains the main modules involved in the construction of the talent training platform, which is divided into two parts: an indoor testing and training area and a comprehensive demonstration base. The indoor testing and training part is mainly for classroom teaching; the comprehensive demonstration base is mainly for field applications, demonstrations and scientific research.
 
Talent training content
 
Non-destructive testing technology and equipment, bridge detection technology, bridge health monitoring technology, slope / excavation monitoring technology, engineering quality and health information model system (BQIM)
 
Talent training platform construction module
 
Construction of indoor testing and training experimental area, construction of comprehensive demonstration experimental base (field application, demonstration and scientific research)
