In August 2017, our company newly launched "SCE-CT for railway concrete structures". This equipment is a special testing equipment developed by our company's technical personnel for the detection of railway concrete structures. It can detect problems in the pier concrete during the pouring and construction process.

The equipment uses elastic wave two-dimensional cross-section computer tomography (CT) imaging technology, and its line source is elastic wave (P wave). By scanning the subject, the test data signal can be collected, inverted and reconstructed to obtain energy. An elastic wave velocity distribution image that truly reflects the internal conditions of its structure without distortion to achieve the purpose of detecting internal defects of the structure.

In recent years, there have been frequent accidents of collapse of viaduct bridges, and there are more and more collapse accidents of bridges under construction. The railway concrete structure scanner overcomes the technical difficulties of on-site detection of extra large concrete bridges and escorts the safety of railway bridges.
