The third working meeting of the Compilation Group of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association Standard "Technical Regulations for Non-destructive Testing of Prestressed Hole Grouting Compactness" and "Technical Regulations for Detecting Concrete Defects by Impact Stress Method" was held in Chengdu on August 22-23, 2019. Representatives from China Metallurgical Construction Research Institute Co., Ltd., Beijing Tieke Engineering Testing Center, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Zhonglu Gaoke Traffic Inspection and Testing Co., Ltd., Sichuan Shengtuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd. and other units attended the meeting.

Zhang Jibin, director of the bridge and tunnel department of the Inspection Center of China Metallurgical Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Zhang Wei, director of the Civil Defense Department, chaired the meeting. The representatives listened to the report of the preliminary investigation and preparation of the standard and inspected the current pre-stressed channel grouting compactness quality and concrete defect detection The status of the technology and the existing research situation were exchanged. The meeting compiled and summarized the revised opinions of the chapters in the final version, and guided the compilers of the chapters to modify and improve the standards in the next stage, and perfected the final draft of the rules to form a draft for comments.

At the meeting, Professor Wu Jiayi, the company's chairman, introduced the research history and the results of extensive application of non-destructive testing technology for prestressed borehole grouting and concrete defects using impact elastic wave method. The quality inspection level has been continuously improved.
