On November 11, 2019, Shengtuo Inspection, which is mainly composed of regional managers and technical engineers, started Shengtuo Inspection's "Serving China" activity, which kicked off for the first time in Shandong.

The first stop of the service is “Shandong Highway and Bridge Inspection Center”. Shandong Highway and Bridge Inspection Center is located in Dongying, Shandong Province. Joined Dongying Transportation Development Group Co., Ltd., a wholly state-owned enterprise.
The center now has a provincial metrology certification certificate, a comprehensive highway engineering test and inspection level A, a bridge and tunnel special project, and a highway engineering level A supervision qualification from the Ministry of Communications, and passed the national laboratory approval in April 2006. Mainly engaged in highway engineering roads, bridges, tunnels, materials and other aspects of test detection, identification, evaluation and supervision and consulting work.
The center and Shengtuo Testing are long-term partners. At present, there are borehole grouting compactness quality detectors, steel guardrail pillars and embedded deep shock elastic wave detectors. There are high requirements for equipment operation testing, debugging, maintenance, precautions, and judgment standards. Shengtuo Testing provided technical training, live demonstrations, and prescribed guidelines for the issues mentioned above.
