This paper introduces the quality control technology and engineering application of pipeline grouting construction from the aspects of source quality of prestressed pipe grouting slurry material and real-time monitoring of grouting construction. It is necessary to improve the performance of the slurry, especially the bleeding performance. The grouting construction recorder can be used to monitor the construction process parameters such as grouting pressure, slurry pressure and flow rate, which can enhance the quality control of the grouting construction process.
